Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

Eligible Replacement Reasons

Proof Requirement
- A Clear Unboxing Video Is Mandatory For All Replacement Requests.
- The Video Must Show The Package Opening From Start To End Without Cuts.
- Requests Without Valid Proof Will Not Be Accepted.
Replacement Conditions
- The Product Must Be Unused, Unwashed, And In Original Condition.
- Original Packaging, Tags, And Accessories Must Be Intact.
- Replacement Is Subject To Stock Availability.
- If Replacement Stock Is Unavailable, The Order Will Be Closed Without Any Refund.

- Incorrect Product Ordered By The Customer
- Color, Size, Or Design Preference Issues
- Minor Color Variation Due To Lighting Or Screen Differences

- Used, Altered, Or Washed Items
